Fusilli with Smoked Mackerel and Peas Recipe
Ingredients:
250 g dried fusilli pasta
150 g smoked mackerel, flaked
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 tbsps olive oil
about 75 ml double cream, adjust to suit your taste
splash of white wine (optional)
a squeeze of lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
